What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our Tower Wash System?
EASY TO USE: Needed an easy to use system to wash our vehicles every day.
RELIABLE: Wanted a reliable washing system for our buses.

Machine is user friendly and very reliable considering how much it is used. Does a good job cleaning as well.

Automated Soap System - the metered soap dispensing system.
Virtually no maintenance to the system.
How is your experience in Awash’s Parts and Service since installation?
Issues I had at the beginning was not the product – it ended up to be our water supply – the P&S team helped work through the issues and helped with the resolution they actually replaced a few parts that failed due to the hard water and covered under warranty.
Had a problem once with rinse cycle, wasn’t activating. Spoke to someone on phone, they walked me thru steps to find connection at switch loose. Had it back up and running in no time.
